TECHNICAL SOURCER - US FLEXIBLE
Purpose of Position

This position is responsible for assisting with the sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized technical positions.  

 

Essential Function: 

  • Work closely with recruiter(s) to clearly comprehend technical requirements of the role, scope, and the team 
  • Source and interact with potential candidates, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screening and set up interviews 
  • Evaluating candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques to identify exceptional ability
  • Developing effective strategies and channels for sourcing candidates 
  • Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, internet sourcing, events and sourcing campaigns 
  • Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques 
  • Manage the candidate database and measure the conversion rates 
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Manager

Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelors Degree in human resources management or similar field 
  • Previous experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Preferred: Experience in electrical manufacturing 
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipeline
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term pipeline for hard to fill roles
  • Proficient in office software and database systems
