TECHNICAL SOURCER - US FLEXIBLE
Purpose of Position
This position is responsible for assisting with the sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized technical positions.
Essential Function:
- Work closely with recruiter(s) to clearly comprehend technical requirements of the role, scope, and the team
- Source and interact with potential candidates, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screening and set up interviews
- Evaluating candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques to identify exceptional ability
- Developing effective strategies and channels for sourcing candidates
- Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, internet sourcing, events and sourcing campaigns
- Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of various search techniques
- Manage the candidate database and measure the conversion rates
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Manager

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in human resources management or similar field
- Previous experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter
- Manufacturing experience required
- Preferred: Experience in electrical manufacturing
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipeline
- Ability to build and maintain long-term pipeline for hard to fill roles
- Proficient in office software and database systems
