VP OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS (FP&A) - JACKSONVILLE, FL
Essential Functions:
Key Functions. Work closely with senior executives to build and establish financial, operational and strategic planning and budgeting processes that drive accountability at the appropriate level of organization. Responsible for working with leadership teams to design all operational financial performance metrics, define, develop and track KPIs. provide useful and regular management reporting and data insight to create visibility and drive successful operational outcomes that support IEM’s growth, profitability and strategic goals. PROJECT MANAGER (SWITCHGEAR) - SURREY, BC
Essential Functions:
- Managing customer’s entire lifecycle for Vancouver production including:
- Communicates and tracks customer deliverables against plant production.
- Reconcile customer forecast changes to production plan, update Program Manager, trackers and provide status reports to all stakeholders
- Coordinates with Materials Group and vendors to ensure production deliverables are met.
- Works with logistics team to coordinate shipments to customer sites.
- Coordinate with Production, Materials Group, Engineering, Commercial Sales and Shipping to manage and fulfill change orders or back orders at all stages of project fulfillment.

INTEGRATED PRODUCT ENGINEER - JACKSONVILLE, FL
Purpose of Position:
You will be responsible for engineering, development, documentation, and technical support of several key standard (called “Integrated”) products that are mass produced. Product designs include components like transformers, protective elements, surge arrestors, metering & automation systems, in addition to core components like current carrying conductors and circuit breakers/fuses. This position is based in our manufacturing plants in Jacksonville, FL, where you will collaborate with other departments ensure the engineer design are implemented accurately.
Essential Functions:
- Provide technical support for Jacksonville operational teams relating to Integrated Products, primarily for data center or other repeatable applications.
- Create Designs, Bills of Materials, and Test plans for existing and new IEM products. Designs should be optimized for low cost, high reliability, and ease of manufacturing.
- Define and document new product development project specifications and scope based on input from IEM sales, engineering and senior management.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive project closeout documentation including product capabilities, limitations and application details.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production and QC teams to consolidate and establish design standards and application guides for existing products.
- Interface with Purchasing and outside vendors to help resolve technical issues or quality concerns with existing components and/or evaluate alternative components
- Work with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL’s) and 3rd party test labs to define, plan and schedule equipment evaluation and testing based on applicable standards and code. Examples of applicable tests: Short Circuit, BIL, Seismic, Heat Rise, Functional Control tests, & Failure Sequence Tests. Travel to labs as needed to support tests.
- Analyze project requests and suggest alternate design/testing methods that may be more cost effective, whenever possible
- Identify solutions, solve technical problems, and propose alternate designs where design issues exist with current products. Work with sales, production or clients to optimize IEM’s product offering.

SR. SALES ENGINEER - FREMONT, CA
Purpose of Position:
As a Sales Engineer for IEM in the SF Bay Area, you will be responsible for the sale of IEM power distribution products (MV/LV Switchgear, Switchboards, Panelboards) through direct channels. This includes developing and maintaining medium and large Electrical Contractor accounts and developing contacts and sales with key end user accounts. Candidate should be skilled in assembling large project package quotations to include IEM and non IEM products as necessary to furnish a complete bill of material to the customer.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the sale of power distribution equipment (MV/LV switchgear/switchboards)
- A strong track record of negotiating medium and large project orders, successfully developing new contacts, maintaining current relationships with major contractors throughout the sales cycle and maximizing client potential is a must

SR. IT GRC (GOVERNANCE, RISK AND COMPLIANCE) ANALYST - FREMONT, CA
Purpose of Position:
The mission of this position is to build and continuously improve the IEM’s cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance management function, focusing on driving improvements in cyber risk management related to sensitive data, systems, third party vendors, and cloud environments (at a minimum).
In this role, this individual will work with cross-functional teams and asset owners to ensure compliance with security policies and standards, relevant regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity controls. This individual is also responsible for maturing and enhancing the cyber risk assessment and third-party cyber risk management processes.

PRINCIPAL BUSINESS ANALYST - IT MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS
Purpose of Position:

FIELD SERVICE SAFETY ADVISOR - JACKSONVILLE, FL
Purpose of Position
The Field Service Safety Coordinator will train to qualify employees to work on or near energized electrical equipment. It is Field Service Safety Coordinator responsibility to ensure a safe working environment for employees and relevant parties.
Essential Functions:
- Manage and provide new hire safety training and PPE
- Provide periodic safety training for all Field Service Personnel.
- Ensures that all safety equipment and PPE kept updated and in proper working order.

Essential Functions:
- Perform reconciliation for multiple bank and loan accounts. Enter daily banking transactions, review statements, and reconcile discrepancies between bank and book records.
- Process vendor invoices by performing 3-way matching to ensure that invoice details match purchase orders and receiving reports.

Purpose of Position:
The Manufacturing Engineer position evaluates the entire manufacturing cycle and implements process improvement to optimize overall production capabilities. Experience with production cycle scheduling and development of work flow instructions are essential. Requirements include an understanding of metal fabrication equipment, materials coating processes, switchgear assembly and testing.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will receive foundational knowledge of our equipment by being trained to do the in-house testing, verification and start-up in the field of a project. They’re the main and first point of contact for supporting and training internal technicians as well as leading communication with commercial and production teams within IEM. Responsible for directly troubleshooting, commissioning, collecting data and performing maintenance on switchgear and related core IEM products, including UL891 switchboards.

Purpose of Position:
This position serves as the subject matter expert on IEM’s custom repeatable integrated products from the field service perspective. They’re the main and first point of contact for supporting and training internal technicians as well as leading communication with commercial and production teams within IEM. Responsible for directly troubleshooting, commissioning, collecting data and performing maintenance on integrated products.
Essential Functions:
- Support field service technicians tasked with commissioning and troubleshooting of Integrated Products.
- Follows a scientific step-by-step process to troubleshooting equipment issues. Captures data and troubleshooting steps concisely and accurately to facilitate effective communication to internal and external parties.
- Works directly with 3rd party equipment vendors to help resolve re-occurring issues with vendor equipment within IEM’s integrated products.

LEAD FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - C&I, US FLEXIBLE
Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for directly scheduling, managing and enabling the success of a team of field service techs/engineers as they commission, troubleshoot or perform maintenance on custom IEM and occasionally non-IEM manufactured products. The lead will play a dual role as a Regional Team Lead and travelling Field Service Engineer, with the ability to commission high level IEM LV and MV equipment without the aid of a script, including systems with automation elements.
Essential Functions:
- Provide supervision, mentorship and on-the-job training to field service engineers and technicians
- Reviews Field Trip Requests from sales and schedules technicians for successful fulfillment

FIELD SERVICE COORDINATOR (C&I) - COLUMBUS, OH / STERLING, VA
Purpose of Position:
The coordinator will work with field service management, IEM sales and Field Service Techs to ensure that all Field Service Requests are satisfactorily fulfilled and closeout documentation is provided.
In addition, the coordinator manages operations of the Fremont Field Service office. They will be responsible for shipping/receiving and with replenishing a supply of parts and materials.
Essential Functions:

- Review Field Trip Requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in scheduling available field resources by confirming start and milestone dates with work site points of contact.

Purpose of Position:
You will be responsible for providing applications engineering support to our sales and engineering teams with a focus on three-phase power, automation and communication within low and medium voltage switchgear, applying high-level engineering concepts to solve real world problems for our clients.
Essential Functions:
- Provide pre-order engineering support and assist with high-level design challenges. This may include generating preliminary drawings, communications diagrams, sequences of operation and bills of materials.

Purpose of Position:
IEM will provide training on our specific equipment and commissioning process in Jacksonville, FL for approximately 4 weeks. You will be responsible for hands-on field service work at customer sites, with a focus on installation of components and subassemblies, and basic commissioning of IEM equipment primarily in data center or industrial applications. This includes, but may not be limited to:
- Attending project meetings as required, including coordination with contractors and clients.

POWDER COAT AND FABRICATION LEAD - JACKSONVILLE, FL

The position will be responsible for all aspects of preparing metal parts for application of powder coating to assemble low and medium voltage switchboard and switchgear assemblies. They will also oversee all aspects of metal fabrication.
