QC/TEST ADMINISTRATOR - JACKSONVILLE,FL
Purpose of Position
The QC/Test Administrator is responsible for assisting the QC/Test department in all related functions. The main responsibility will involve performing data entry, photographing completed units, printing labels, monitoring inventory levels and completing discrepancy logs/build reports.
Essential Functions:
- Provide support to the QC/Test team in all related areas.
- Generate and maintain weekly efficiency reports.
- Taking photos and editing for import to build reports.
- Interface with production and warehouse supervisors to determine necessary actions needed to assist with overall QC/test functions.
- Monitor performance to ensure daily goals are being met.
- Raise material concerns for Kanban issues
- Oversee Kanban areas for test.
- Administrative duties as required.
- Adhere to established safety guidelines.
- Attend essential meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Adheres to inspection and test control policies, processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.
- Answers questions/inquiries as needed. Researches and follows up on inquiries that require more in-depth information.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Requires 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Lifting: Frequently lift up to 30lbs. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Environment: Occasional climate-controlled office space and extended exposure to outdoor conditions such as excessive cold, excessive heat, noise/vibration and dust.
